We provide our professional services for free in certain circumstances.
Free s 27 cultural reports
We are committed to making a meaningful impact in the criminal justice system.
In light of the recent Legal Services Amendment Act 2024, which removed legal aid funding for any report (whether oral or written) under section 27 of the Sentencing Act 2002, CulturalWise will provide those reports for free.
Starting from 25 March 2024, we will offer our professional s 27 report writing services for legal aid approved defendants completely free, subject only to our pro bono capacity at the time of application.
Cost should not be a barrier for access to justice. Please get in touch with us below.
